Introduction
ATENCO TM33 series features a high-efficiency three-phase online
double-conversion tower design covering 10–200 kVA. Built in full DSP control and
3-level IGBT topology, it delivers low THDi and high efficiency for 24/7 critical loads,
sustaining 110% for 60 min, 125% for 10 min, and 150% for 1 min. Reliability is
reinforced with conformal-coated PCBs, an isolated clean compartment for
dust-sensitive parts, and adaptive fan control that keeps key components below
100 °C at full load, with optional IoT monitoring (SNMP/Modbus/cloud) available.
High Efficiency
- Clean input: PF up to 0.99 and input THDi ≤ 2% at full load—less upstream distortion and lower generator stress.
- Lower losses: Double-conversion efficiency up to 97% in normal mode.
- Save more when mains are stable: ECO mode up to 99%.
- Faster commissioning: Self-aging test mode delivers full-power testing without external load banks, temp cabling, or extra breakers—saving time and energy.
Flexible Design
- Selectable I/O: 3/3, 3/1, or 1/1 with common-input wiring.
- Single power-board architecture for easier service and lower MTTR.
- Parallel-ready: built-in slot supports up to 4 units in parallel.
- External battery support on standard models for extended backup.
- Integrated protection: four breakers—input, output, bypass, manual bypass—with an additional battery breaker.
- Cold start from battery when mains is unavailable.
- Optional internal battery models: space inside the UPS for 20 / 40 / 80 pcs packs to extend runtime without external cabinets.
Advanced Charging Technology
- Multi-stage Boost/Float charging shortens recharge time and extends battery life.
- Wide DC window: configurable ±120–±300 Vdc (supports 20–50 battery blocks on 10 kVA models).
- High-capacity charger up to 50% of Pout for rapid recovery and longer autonomy options.
- Chemistry-flexible: compatible with lithium-ion (LFP) and VRLA.
